The Thorndale Melon Growers club formed by Fairview men on Feb 18 elected W. T. Bryant president Ray Poe vice president and C J Wilder secretary treasurer. About 100 acres pledged to melons with 22 initial members and seed distribution planned Feb 27 at Thorndale Hardware.

The District Court of Milam County Texas issues a weekly citation to Alma Moore Clarence Moore Velma Moore and Rentley Moore to appear at the March 1926 term in Cameron Texas to answer a petition filed January 29 1926 case No 9490 filed by John Sefcik alleging plain title to one fourth acre from W W Lewis league and requesting title possession and removal of cloud with possible warranty if needed. The citation requires publication in a Milam County newspaper for four consecutive weeks.
