Milano Opry and Camp Offer Local Activities in Milano
Milano high school hosts a three day Rah Rah Camp for girls in grades four through six from July 20 to 22, 9:30 a.m. to noon, $30 per child, with Lisa Aguilar as contact. The Milano Opry returns at a new venue Milano High School cafetorium on the third Saturday with The Tuckers and Wayne Duke, doors 6 p.m., show 7 p.m., admission $4, seniors $3, concessions available.

POSGCD directors learned Blue Water Systems has paid past due operating and transport permit fees and is current with the district. The board debated continuing public hearing on Blue Water, with a bank clearance note. Westbrook to notify when funds clear. James E. Luce fined 200 dollars for a well dug without a permit and must plug the well. Contaminant source in Lyons well under investigation with Railroad Commission involvement. Next meeting set for August 11 at POSGCD offices.
