Partnership Approach Set For Small Town Problems
A three way partnership of state government corporations and private foundations was formed to tackle rural Texas town issues. 150 participants in Austin on Jan 13 discussed coordinated efforts including an advocate role for small towns. Governor Briscoe and leaders from Moody Foundation Levi Strauss & Co voiced support for sustaining town life and services.
