Cameron volunteers responded to a grass fire along the Santa Fe Railroad right of way near Milano on Wednesday and a house fire at West 3rd and Scott Streets on Thursday. Firefighters battled the grass blaze for about 90 minutes, while the house fire caused little damage after the flue ignition.
