Court Upholds Patent Sale in War Powers Ruling
Federal Judge Hugh M. Morris dismissed the Government's suit to set aside the seized German patent sales to the Chemical Foundation Inc. The 62 page decision found no conspiracy or fraud and credited the Foundation's conduct and patriotism while upholding presidential wartime power over property.
