Farm Truck Driver Rules Revised by Motor Bureau
Texas Farm Bureau reports a victory as new federal driver qualification rules for farm trucks go into effect. Revisions exempt small farm trucks and certain within 150 miles, with a partial exemption for heavy combo trucks and a future medical exam certificate requirement. General state operation remains exempt from federal rules unless not meeting exemptions.
