AFP Andrews of the Internal Revenue Service in Temple said those who file and pay the estimated tax by January 15 have until April 15 to file a final return and pay any balance. If choosing the final return option, the full tax must be paid by February 15. Blank forms are available from IRS offices, post offices, or banks for those who did not receive them.
