Aunt Bettie Ragsdale Dies at Tracy Milam County
Mrs Elizabeth Harris Ragsdale known as Aunt Bettie Ragsdale died at her home near Tracy Milam County January 2 1916 at 9 p m after weeks of illness. Born July 2 1841 in Tennessee she moved to Texas in 1858 and married Matthew Moss Ragsdale in 1859. They raised their niece Miss Maud Harris Bonds and later Miss I G Bonds. A Baptist church member she was cared for by family and friends. funeral led by Rev B B Blaylock with Cameron attendees.
