Milam County Names Depositories for Funds
Citizens National Bank and the First National Bank of Cameron were awarded county depository contracts by Milam County Commissioners. Two thirds of funds will go to Citizens National Bank and one third to First National Bank. The court also accepted the second low bid for a motor grader, with Browning-Ferris Machinery Co. submitting $14,042. County Judge C. B. Harden noted the Carr grader at $15,350 would not be used.

Library Receives 374 From Estate for Building Fund
The Cameron Public Library received 374.29 from Miss Ma chen Rischar’s estate as a building fund gift. The will named Father Flanagan’s Boys Town and St Edward Rischar Memorial Hospital as other beneficiaries. A bronze plaque will honor the Rischar family. The gift adds to the 1966 building fund and supports new book purchases totaling about 2,500 books this year. The book committee includes Mrs. W. C. Triggs Mrs. Frank Luecke Mrs. Don G.
