Plans for New Coal Fuel Sources by Texas Utilities
Texas Utilities Company plans to acquire and develop coal and other fuels in New Mexico. A new subsidiary Chaco Energy Company in Albuquerque will manage fuel production and delivery with a land reclamation program.
