Two Charged in Regal City Drunk Driving and Disturbance
Cecil Holloway of Cameron and Howard McKay of Temple were arrested in Rockdale Friday night after their car crashed into two parked vehicles in front of the Coffield apartment. Holloway was charged with drunkenness and disturbance. McKay with drunken driving and striking a pickup and a sedan.
