Autin Dec 4 Approximately 10 00 000 has been trimmed from the original two year budgets of national eleemosynary institutions and state departments. The total appropriation drops from about 40 000 000 to 30 000 000 with further cuts possible before the Legislature convenes next January. The board aims to remain under 33 000 000 in general revenue with a safe margin and a sum under 30 000 000. Delays in submitting estimates slowed budget completion.
