Cremation Planned for Sacco and Vanzetti Bodies
Boston reports say the bodies of Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti, executed at Charlestown state prison, will be cremated next Sunday. Vanzetti’s ashes will be sent abroad by his sister, with funeral processions to honor them in multiple cities. Celestino Madeiros’s body will go to New Bedford per his mother's request.
