Rosebud received its first bale of cotton on July 1 grown by Bob Crum of Milam County it weighed 695 pounds and sold for 15 cents to T H Freeman. A premium of 25 dollars accompanied the bale and 5000 mosquito posts for sale were listed with contact Jes Thach.
