Barkemeyer Florine 89 of Buckholts died April 27 in a Temple nursing center. Funeral 10 a.m. Friday Marek Burns Laywell Cameron with two ministers officiating. Burial in Hope Lutheran Memorial Park Buckholts. Visitation 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. She was born January 13, 1920 in Burlington to Walter and Minnie Stoebner. She married LeRoy Barkemeyer on November 28, 1946. She worked as a certified nurse's aide and for the U S Postal Service. Survived by son Alan Barkemeyer Buckholts daughter Norma Jones Alvin four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Marek Burns Laywell is in charge.

In Judge Ed Magre's court, Enrique Ybarra a 28 of Dallas drew one year in Milam County Jail for violating probation on a Possession of a Controlled Substance less than one gram and another one year term for Theft 1500 to 20000. Jeremy Shaun Johnson 29 of Rockdale received four years for a State Jail felony Theft Under 1500 with prior convictions, enhanced to third degree, plus parole restitution. Raymond Lawrence Scott 29 of Cameron got twenty years for Murder. Eugene England 45 of Cameron two years with probation three years for Possession of a Controlled Substance and restitution 140. Michael Shugart 45 of Round Rock six years for Burglary of a Building enhanced to second degree. Joseph Stanford 39 of Rockdale ten years for Sexual Assault. Ashlee Majors 23 of Rockdale four years probation with restitution 230 for Forgery. Majors and an additional Majors offense both state jail felonies. Toby Lee Evans 33 of Milano three years for Theft Under 1500 with priors with parole restitution 1512.04 and three year sentences for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Credit/Debit Card Abuse, all to run concurrently.
