County Interchurch Mass Meeting Comes to Cameron Texas
The Inter Church World Movement holds its first Milam County Mass Meeting at First Methodist Church on Tuesday the 27th with ministers and a woman worker leading. Sessions run 10 a.m. 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. a youth session 4:30 7:30 at a likely Presbyterian church. Clergy urged to bring congregations for shared lunch in the city park, inviting all Christian people to hear the movement’s facts. H. R. MacFadyen, County Convener.

Milam County notices of heirs and school tax election
The Milam County sheriff is commanded to summon unknown heirs of Jo Chance and Annie Price in a land title case No. 8163 to appear at the May 1920 district court in Cameron. The decree seeks to quiet title to 45 acres described by survey bearings. Also published is notice of an April 24 1920 school tax election at Val Verde School House to raise state funds with a 20 cent to 50 cent rate, presiding officer J E Whittington and two judges and clerks named. Also a real estate listing offers 1600 acres on the upper Brazos near Mumford with 1350 cultivated sold to close an estate by L E Norton Scanlan Bldg Houston Texas.
