Rent Increases May Be Available If Landlords Qualify
Rockdale and Cameron landlords may receive rent increases by applying to the Office of Rent Stabilization. The 1952 Housing and Rent Act lists six qualifying grounds including major capital improvements, increased services, more occupants, subtenants, below-market rents, and higher operating costs.
