Mrs. William Reed of 1617 Enderly Place Fort Worth reports years of stomach and sleepless troubles improved after using Mayr s Wonderful Remedy. She says she can eat freely and sleep soundly and recommends the product. The notice also mentions other local items from Buckholts and Cameron including a sale of horses and a field trip by a teacher.
An old Cameron advertisement touts Adler-ika a buckthorn bark glycerine mix. It claims Adler-ika acts on both lower and upper bowels and relieves constipation sour stomach or gas with one spoonful. J R Young druggist endorses its instant easy action.
Advertisement extols Dr Kilmer's Swamp Root as a kidney liver and bladder remedy sold by druggists. Sample bottle offered for ten cents. Also notes Judge Ben R Mauldin of Buckholts visiting Cameron and not seeking re election as justice of the peace with Criswell and others in line to succeed.
Mr. John Corley of Buckholts, one of the section’s oldest and best known men, visited here Saturday and is greeted by many friends. Mr Frank Wingo of Clarkson, a prominent citizen and large farmer with a 500 acre operation, was in Cameron Saturday for business matters.
