Jury verdict in Stork case and related court actions
The jury found John Stork guilty of unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor and set his punishment at one year in the penitentiary. A motion for a new trial was overruled and an appeal filed with a $1000 recognizance. Charlie Lesman pleaded guilty to unlawful sale and received one year in the penitentiary.
