Farm income rose in 1920 1930 compared with 1910 15 but dollars bought less. Purdue specialists explain buying power stayed tight as prices for farm goods rose faster than those farmers sold. Since 1932 farm prices and income improved, with 1935 income near the 1910 15 level and purchasing power close to 100.

A business session addressed cooperative county efforts and a Red Cross project. a 4 H club was organized and Mrs Ed Fossnock led a lesson while refreshments followed.

Deer Creek church women held a meeting at Will Musselman’s home. A farewell party honors Ever Shay. The Association for Child Education sets events March 80 to April. Carroll county records show a fee of 089.69 for Old Age paid early March. $605.47 reimbursed to dependents.
