First cuttings before June 15 may yield two extra alfalfa cuts, higher protein hay, and help reduce weeds while supporting fall red clover seed prospects amid slow corn and soybean planting.
The superintendent announces Sunday activities at Wilson church with a 10:00 A.M. Sunday School and an 11:00 A.M. Morning Worship. A special young people service features special music and a sermon titled What Loyalty To Christ Means.

Mrs Glenora M Hunter a twelve mile school music teacher resigns to take an instructor role in music and art at Flora next winter she will replace Glen Tom who has taught music for four years in Flora Hunter is known in Carroll county for leading the recent county schools music festival in Berry Bowl she previously taught at Fowler for five terms
