Red Cross Reports Aid Distribution In Carroll County
The Red Cross says before the last carload of flour and final clothing shipments, three thousand seven hundred fifty dollars worth of flour and clothing were distributed in Carroll County since April 193%. The executive board led by C Schermerhorn and several members oversaw the effort with Robert Bradshaw aiding hauling. On Saturday January 21, seventeen dozen pieces of children's underwear were issued.

Hiram Bowdle Dies At Kokomo
Hiram Bowdle 77 of Kokomo died Sunday morning of paralysis and disease complications. He lived much of his life in Camden and Rockfield and later in Kokomo. Former Camden Woman Dies From Traffic Injuries
Mrs Priscilla Stanton 80 of East Broadway died after being struck by a truck at East Market and Ninth. Her husband Anderson Stanton was injured but released from hospital. James B Lynas of Logansport drove the truck. Stanton was a longtime resident of Logansport and a member of Ninth Street Christian church. Surviving are three children and funeral services were held with burial in Mt Hope cemetery.
