Middlesex County National Bank Formed From Three Units

A merger consolidates Lechmere National Bank East Cambridge Everett Bank and Trust Co of Everett and Second National Bank Malden into Middlesex County National Bank with no branches. The new bank opens Jan 1 using Lechmere’s senior charter and preserves current officers and directors. Capital 500000, surplus 300000, profits 200000, reserve funds 200000.
