Councillor Lynch Spars Council Over Coolidge Ave Land Sale

Seventy Five Volunteers Needed for Cambridge Summer Programs

The Volunteer Service Bureau under the Cambridge Council of Social Agencies asks for volunteers at 18 Brattle Street Cambridge. It seeks playground supervisors arts and crafts handwork group singing dramatics and activity leaders for youths 15 to 16 with interests in badminton ping pong or bowling.

Revival of Cambridge Fourth to Include Races and Bands

The Cambridge Fourth celebration is being revived this year by Councillor Hogan with council approval. Aimed at a decade since the last event, the program features foot races tennis matches a doll parade baseball and softball games band concerts free ice cream and Uncle Sam flags for children.
