Fire damages Abbott building in Har eeera with basement blaze

Fire caused considerable damage to the Abbott building in Har eeera square housing stores and offices and the Cambridge Tribune while smoke filled the basement. The blaze last Sunday night was confined to the basement with extensive smoke.

Toomey Family Visit Highlights Bangor Trip

Unemployment Relief Committee Expands Public Works Program

The committee continues employments for relief funding by building a hockey rink at Russell Field and a skating surface for North Cambridge children. All Set for Jamboree at Armory Inauguration Night

The Cambridge Jamboree will be held at the Armory on Inauguration Night to raise funds for the unemployed. Mrs. Russell leads a broad coalition selling tickets and collecting prizes with gifts from local firms.
