George Champe 69 native of Dublin Indiana died of paralysis in Passavant hospital Chicago August 22 after a railroad appraisal trip. He was senior partner at Champe Finkbeiner & Associates with offices in Toledo and served as municipal engineer for several Ohio towns. Survived by wife Harriett M and children Willard Carlton Elizabeth and others. services held at Boyer mortuary Collingwood Memorial.
