Mrs. Sarah Jane Kemmer longtime Bentonville resident aged 78 died May 16 1915 at the farm where she spent the last thirty years She was the eldest daughter of Levi and Susan Ayres born March 31 1837 near Bentonville Ind Survived by husband Lewis Kemmer two daughters Virginia Withrow and Clara Thompson four grandchildren and three sisters The obituary notes her pious life devotion to home plants and family and recalls the golden wedding anniversary and her later peaceful death FLORENCE NEWMAN
