Reports say Pennsylvanian lines plan a Dublin to Muncie connection influencing freight routes from Kentucky to eastern Indiana. Survey work in Delaware Henry and Wayne counties supports the project which could route via Hagerstown Dublin and the J M and L line. If built it would connect Cincinnati Louisville Indianapolis and Richmond and could reduce tolls on Indianapolis Kokomo traffic. A Lewis County railroad man bets the line will be built by January or earlier and pass east of New Castle toward Mooreland. A four day race meeting is set for Greenville Ohio June 24 to 27.
