Rich goldfields found near Possiet bay in Manchuria

Rich goldfields have been discovered on four rivers near Possiet bay, close to Chunshun in Manchuria. Chinese authorities lease the territory to Russian concessionaires who must pay 50 percent of gross receipts to the Chinese administration which will maintain a guard of 200 men. A limited liability company is being formed at Vladivostok to work these fields.
