D C Manlove of Milton Indiana a Purdue University junior and ROTC member will join 171 other university students in a six weeks training course at Fort Knox Kentucky that began last Sunday The program covers firing and drill tactics with results expected on return to Purdue next Fall when students will serve as commanding officers in the Purdue corps.
