Final settlement reached in estate of August Boden
Santford Wilson completed a final settlement of the late August Boden estate after a tangled process. New Castle raised 30000 and a large factory, the Universal Motor Co, may occupy 40 acres in time, aided by home energy. The Imperial mills pass to Boden’s children with options to operate, sell or dispose. William A. Creitz named executor. Creitz heirs may manage the mill. Thos Daggett settled a $20000 damages suit with T. H. L. & E. traction for 1000 after a yearlong injury from an interurban strike near Capitol Hill.
