Piman's Ice and Society Notes Highlight Local Affairs

Mrs. John Kibber is ill and Miss Agnes Conneil suffered a severe bruise after a horse incident. Mrs. E. O. Paul and daughter Elizabeth returned from Chicago after visiting relatives. The Christian Woman's Board of Missions auxiliary met with Mrs. A. H. Hodson discussing Where the Race of Men Go By and other studies led by Mrs. J. W. Marson. ten members attended and enjoyed a social hour with refreshments.

Chautauqua Tickets Offered With Building and Loan Stock

The author offers fifteen Chautauqua tickets for 1915 to attract interest in a Building and Loan Association. Purchasers may obtain one stock share and earn 5 percent per year on paid-up stock. In ten days, $15,000 in mortgage bonds will be sold at 6 percent net. six thousand already spoken for. The writer seeks ten confidants who favor real estate mortgages as solid investments with a six percent net return.

Spaulding vs Laudrum Spaulding divorce petition filed

In Wayne circuit court during the April term 1915 Anna K E Spaulding petitions for divorce from Laudrum Spaulding. The case notes abandonment as ground and states the defendant is not a resident.
