Charles Miller stays a week with Mr. and Mrs. Rue Miller near Rushville while John Miller will spend the following week with his grandparents.
Mrs. Ed Beeson spent Wednesday in Hagerstown visiting Mrs. Catherine Stout and other friends. The pair traveled about the city and called on several acquaintances during the day.

Mrs Harry Macrea of St Louis spent the weekend with Mrs Eva Paul and family. Mrs Arthur Snyder was brought home from Fayette Memorial hospital Connersville Monday after undergoing major surgery.
Miss Graceer was brought home from Henry County hospital in New Castle on Sunday after undergoing major surgery and is progressing nicely.
David Winkle is home in Indianapolis after a lengthy operation at Robin Long hospital. He recuperates with family support and medical care following the procedure.
The infant son of Mr and Mrs Richard Ammon was taken to Riley hospital Friday for treatment after a severe attack of whooping cough.

The Cambridge City-Jackson township consolidated schools begin September 3, 1937. Students meet in their rooms at 8 15 a m for book lists and first semester programs, then dismissed until September 7. Six year olds on or before January 15, 1938 may enter beginners at Central Dublin and Pershing. If enrollment is large, oldest pupils get preference. Books unchanged.
