Gehring not improving, with many callers including Frank Mosbaugh and wife. R. R. Smith family visited Richmond Thursday. Will Hutson and wife of Liberty and Charles Davis and wife were Sunday guests of G. W. Klotz and wife. A. H. Hines and county superintendent Mrs. Hines had dinner with Elmer Oldaker and family Thursday. John Boeckman moved to Cambridge City last week. Edwin Wickes family spend this week at Lake Wehr. Mrs. Ray Sheffer, briefly in Mond,ond, fell ill and was brought home by relatives.

Wayne County Farm Bureau Picnic Set for August 24
The Wayne county Farm Bureau picnic will be held at Glen Miller park August 24. Jackson township will be well represented. A hog and chicken calling contest will take place with each township represented. Mr and Mrs B F Drischel of Richmond spent Sunday with their page Mrs Dean Howse and family.
