About 35 to 40 Deck family members came by car from Greenfield Knightstown New Castle and Milton for Ivan Deck’s reunion at a south of the city home, with a noon picnic and an afternoon of socializing and games. The next Deck reunion will be at Mrs. Viola Deck’s home northwest of Knightstown on the second Sunday in August.
Mr. and Mrs. Lutie Warner and daughter Willmina of Summitville visited the M. E. parsonage Tuesday and shared memories with Rev. and Mrs. Stelle. Mr. Warner runs a large Summitville department store and, with two brothers, co-owns a factory, bank, and store.
