A man identified as Jesse M. Celaya, 27, of Azusa, was arrested in a parking lot near 915 W. Foothill Blvd after a service station attendant, Oren Dickson, reported a knife point robbery and kidnapping. The robbery netted about $75 from a cash box. Celaya allegedly forced the attendant to surrender money and was later apprehended by police.
