Frank Holland eyed county clerk post in Elkhart. Detailing visits, dinners, and local happenings from Amsterdam to Nyhart with neighbors at county seat and farm life. Johnny notes lively social week and local chatter.
The Holy Rollers concluded a three week meeting with multiple confessions and several baptisms. Attendance remained strong each night as healings were also reported. Community notices follow with local visits, family updates, and upcoming events in Liberty.
Dr. Potters of the Boston Electro Medical Institute tours Kansas towns on Tuesday November 25 offering free consultation and medicine to cure deafness and other ailments including catarrh throat lung diseases and more with no charge for medicine. In Lewiston Pa on November 15 Dayton Aikens killed a 700 pound elk at the border of seven mountains near Siglerville. He posted bond for the $200 fine for protected game with his father as informant. The elk had not been seen in Mifflin county in years. It was likely driven here from a Center county game reservation. The carcass was given to Lewiston Hospital for patients.
