W C T U Meeting and Village Happenings in Butler
The W C T U gathered at Mrs. Geo Brommett's on Tuesday to work on a quilt and plan future meetings at the parsonage. Asa Rosler visited Thursday for trading with Mr. Timmon as Lewla Eichler rode in for buel eas. George Brommett's son hauled hay while farmers tilled fields and Edith Timmons nears school troubles. Uncle Henry raced a cow on the track with comic chaos, and Uncle Dick Wilcox and wife prepared to visit their daughter Jesse Koop. A new elevator and feed store are hinted, and pastor left for Adrian on Sunday. Weather remained mild with a windy Saturday.
