The Egger Hereford Cattle Co at this place on Friday sold to Mr. Wm Humphrey of Belton Missouri a load of 9 car load containing 25 head of young thoroughbred Hereford bulls. The cattle were shipped the same day to Humphrey’s ranch near Belton and will join other stock on a vast ranch in Chihuahua Old Mexico. Humphrey, an experienced stockman, promptly selected the animals he wanted and both he and his ranch manager were pleased with the purchase and price received by Mr Egger.
