Colonel Dr. Reddington founder of the Oderean Democrat died in Nevada Missouri last week at age ninety two. He started Odessa's first paper in 1883 and during the Civil War era published pro Southern utterances. He later founded the Blue Springs Herald then the News and the Voice, becoming possibly the state’s oldest newspaper man. In later years he suffered illness and blindness.

London February 18 hundreds of women suffragists attacked the House of Commons to force entry. Police in strong force blocked doors while mounted officers charged and demonstrators were knocked down and hurt. More than twenty suffragists arrested as clashes persisted outside.
Senator Dowell's tax dodger bill was killed in the lower house after a spirited debate. The final vote was 57 for and 59 against. Provisions provoking opposition included demands for returns on unsecured notes and information required on bank accounts.
Mrs Eva Un ee of Grovertown Stark County Indiana recalls nearly dying from a cough but credits Dr King s New Discovery for a complete cure after using four bottles. The account notes the product costs 50c and 1.00 with a trial bottle offered.
