Shuster murder verdict upheld by Missouri Supreme Court
The Missouri Supreme Court affirmed the Bates County Circuit Court verdict against Frank Shuster for second degree murder in the 1913 killing of Geo W Babe Booth near Happy Hill Pleasant Gap. After an earlier reversal for improper questioning, Shuster was retried in 1915 and again found guilty, sentenced to twelve years. His attorneys appealed to the Supreme Court again.
