The Santa Rosa Democrat reports that heirs reach an agreement with Dr J W Lowry and his counsel Henry of San Francisco and Clarence F Lea of Butler, dividing the estate and costs. The four children Charles R Farmer Mrs Dr Griffith Mrs Belle Farmer Webb and Mrs Charles Fox share equally. Mrs Lowry’s estate valued around 80000. Lowry plans to return to Butler to live with daughter Mrs Shafer.
Uncle Tom Maddox reports the death of A. J. Robinson aged 86 after a Tuesday note that his lower limbs were paralyzed. Cal syn departed for the same location Tuesday, while the family awaits details at Mrs. Nelson Maddox's home.

The decision sides with prior state constitutional authority on internal consumption and aligns with federal interstate commerce protections.
