Council Meeting Notes on September First Sessions and Requests

The shore council met in the Council Chambers on Monday evening September 1 with His Worship Mayor H. J. B. Jenison and councillors Bevan Baulderstone Woollescott Woollacott Lee and Marston present. They discussed informantion regarding the Baddleworth Burra Road priority and noted prewar flamethrower discussions. Correspondence included Burra High School Council seeking support for a technical school with dressmaking classes. Aberdeen Tennis Club gate permissions. K. M. Drew gate request to link properties. and A. Coverdale swinging verandah plans pending specifications.
