Gum Creek School Pet Show Delights Pupils and Pets
Small Gum Creek School held a pet show in fine weather with dogs cats bantams and a duck among the entries. Judges Mr and Mrs Crewes faced many worthy contenders as the community table and tea raised six pounds with prizes awarded to Mary McDonald Claren's Dog Rupert Kiel and others for best ground dog most useful pet and best decorated bike among numerous children and exhibits.
