Burra Rifle Club marksmen shine at Burra range meet
The Gal shoot at Burra Rifle Range drew solid scores despite tough weather. Ei Hop King shot 39 at 500 yards, Alf Woodman 37 and Iver Burden 26 at 500 yards, with several new members showing promise. The Country Teams Championship is set for February and Burra appears well positioned. The club’s annual meeting next Saturday at 7:30 pm in the New RSL Club Rooms will award prizes, review finances, elect officers, and discuss club improvements. Members are urged to attend.
