Burra and Booborowie battle to narrow margin in second round
Booborowie and Burra played a tight second round match at Booborowie on Saturday. Breezy conditions favored the southern team at kickoff but eased by half time as both sides produced persistent, if imperfect, attacks with J. Deer A. Johnson and Wuttke among Burra’s goal scorers and Hirschausen Cr ewes and Cousins driving Booth. End of third quarter Burra trailed by one goal before a late surge by Booborowie extended their lead.
