The wedding of Landa Dorothy daughter of Mr. and Mrs G. R. Taomes Sta tion Burrs to Llewellyn Marcts Jones youngest son of Mr. and Mrs TL Jones Hindmars was solemnised on 2nd January by Rev J Gliding. The bride wore a cream heavy taffeta gown with honeycomb yoke, long sleeves, and a trailing veil with orange blossoms. she carried a bouquet of mixed white flowers and wore white gloves. The bride's sister Muss Corahe Humphrys attended in a pink net frock, and the groom's brother Stuart Thomas served as best man. A reception occurred at the bride’s home in Highgate and a wedding cake was made by the bride’s aunt Mrs Marshall. The couple’s future home will be at Highgate.
