Elder Smith & Co. Limited report an outstanding sale yarding 2 404 sheep at an average price. Competition came from Victoria and several centers of South Australia. Prices included Ewes aged one year 30 4 to 98 10 and Lambs mixed sexes 41. The next Burra Market is set for 16 May 1947.
