New British Tractor Demonstration at Werribee Park
On Tuesday April 19 1849 the State Research Park at Werri bee Victoria hosted a Geld demonstration of a Fordson Major tractor designed for Australian farms. Director General of Agriculture F W Bulcock and officials observed tests with Perkins six cylinder Diesel power and heavy farm implements.
