Henry Family Holds Twenty-fifth Reunion At Delphi Park
The Henry family met for its 25th annual reunion at Delphi city park on August 1 1923 with about 125 present including 21 charter members. W H Henry presided. Rev Dobson led prayers. Myrtle May Benjamin and Florlean read reports. multiple short addresses followed along with piano solos by Clayton Henry. About fifty members attended at Lake Cicott last Thursday for a picnic lunch and an afternoon program of recitations songs and talks. Lewis Gardner Logansport was elected president Ike Peyton Camden vice president and Martha Galbreath Rockfield secretary treasurer. Nancy Gardner Burnettsville was the oldest member and little Marie Scott Burrows the youngest. Only two original members were present. The next reunion is set for the third Sunday in August 1924 at Lake Cicott.
